Nobody is surprised by the wide use of refrigerated cabinets. These devices are perfect as cooling equipment, ensuring freshness and extending the shelf life of food products and food raw materials. How do they differ from traditional refrigerators? The refrigerated cabinet is a professional refrigeration device. It has a larger cooling surface than a refrigerator, and in addition, it provides greater cooling efficiency. All thanks to dynamic cooling, based on a dynamic cooling system. This not only allows you to increase the cooling rate, but also provides full temperature control in specific areas of the refrigerator.

A refrigerated cabinet, as it is by definition a professional cooling device, enables very effective cooling and precise temperature control. Refrigerating cabinets work similarly to convection ovens, with the difference that in such a cabinet the cold is distributed in the cabinet space by fans. Thus, the refrigerated cupboard already has a dynamic cooling system with a pump, which allows the temperature to be reduced almost immediately.

A refrigerated cabinet is a device quite simple in construction. Large, space closed in the body resembling a wardrobe. Everything is very well sealed, equipped with temperature sensors and a temperature programmer. This solution allows you to set up so-called thermal zones and cool a variety of products in the cabinet, from beverages to dairy and products that can spoil very quickly.

The operation of a refrigerated cabinet is not much different from that of a refrigerator. Similarly, in the refrigerator and in the closet, we have a cooling system equipped with a special cooling gas, i.e. the so-called refrigerant. The electronic system responsible for control and the fan system that allows the distribution of cold air inside the cabinet. Cooling cabinets themselves are very diverse, from simple cabinets, such as found in grocery stores, to huge cabinets, allowing for multiple cooling zones and cooling materials that deteriorate very quickly. In both cases, both the structure and the principle of operation are not particularly complicated, but this is not a disadvantage but an advantage of refrigerated cabinets, which are functional and reliable.
