(In the event of an unjustified request for a Repair, the Person entitled under the Warranty (or the user of the Equipment who has lost the rights under the Warranty) shall bear all costs related to the initiation and performance of the warranty procedure, including the costs of travel, equipment collection, purchase of spare parts, return of equipment, etc. an unjustified request for the Repair of the Equipment shall be considered, in particular, a request to remove damage or perform maintenance (installation) activities not covered by the Warranty, as well as a request to perform a Repair despite the loss of warranty rights.*
