Professional kitchen equipment is such equipment that is able to work effectively for years, enables its comfortable use and preparation of meals at a really high level. When it comes to modern kitchen equipment, restaurateurs and gastronomy operators have a very large choice. However, we would like to focus on dishwashers and steamers. In the past, in the kitchen, both of these devices were a kind of standard. Today, however, 2-in-1 equipment is increasingly used. In this case it is dishwasher steamer . However, do not confuse a professional dishwasher steamer with domestic dishwashers, where the steaming process usually takes about a few minutes and occurs at relatively low temperatures. In professional gastronomy, this process is strictly regulated and usually takes several dozen minutes.

Where does this division come from? First of all, this division is influenced by the fact that the restaurant does not tolerate streaks on the dishes or plates, and even more so on the glass, there is no place for dirt or stone.
