It is true that today there are more and more vegetarian restaurants, but let us remember that meat is still a key element of food in our culture of nutrition. The meat is processed correctly in two stages. An important element of it is mechanical processing, that is, dividing the meat, its appropriate grinding, tamping, general preparation for thermal processing or consumption.
