This equipment is adapted to washing: pots, trays and GN containers, baking baskets.
A strong and durable construction ensures that the device is made of the highest quality double casing made of stainless steel AISI 316. All dishwashers have an automatic diagnostic system to improve their functions, clear changes in the operation of the machine are communicated on control panel. Easy maintenance of the machine is ensured by an internal tank for which no tools are needed. Protective filters help to facilitate automatic cleaning of the dishwasher.
PRS SYSTEM allows you to monitor every detail of the rinse cycle. Therefore, the dishwasher does not have to rely on mains water pressure. In fact, it can function perfectly well with just 1 bar . guarantees:
- constant temperature 84° C throughout the rinse cycle, avoiding mixing with cold water, which is the case with traditional rinse systems;
- constant outlet pressure from rinsing nozzles and perfect rotation of rinsing arms;
- optimal use of water and chemical products throughout the rinse cycle, avoiding excess water and product waste;
- general disinfection of dishes in order to ensure a high level of hygiene and thorough elimination of detergent residues ;
- quick drying of the dishes thanks to the stable temperature throughout the rinse cycle.
Thanks to the „soft start”, the dishwasher uses only 3.5l of water per cycle.
