Heated to 450 degrees, it is ideal for baking pizza and many typical international dishes such as Swiss gratin, German flamkuchen or Ligurian farinata, as well as roast beef, etc.

Fiamma 80 furnace with the INDIRECT system used - i.e. indirectly fired furnaces - traditional technology with high quality engineering with a convection system.
In an indirect wood-fired oven, combustion takes place in a separate chamber where food is baked, with two chambers separated between them.
In this way, the smoke does not come into contact with the specimens as it exits through the chimney. This function allows the oven to cook several dishes at the same time, meeting the requirements of the most demanding food enthusiasts.
Ovens of this type, thanks to their special technology, are able to reach high temperatures in a short time, maintaining a constant temperature and allowing for hours of cooking, reducing the heating time of typical traditional ovens.
This system also allows the use of proportionally very little wood for cooking, which provides exceptional comfort, convenience and significant savings in time and money.
Roasting on a wood fire guarantees unrivaled results in terms of excellent cooking, aroma and a strong reduction of fat, thanks to the high caloric power generated.
The indirect wood-fired oven was invented 30 years ago by Giovanni Fontana, with the express aim of creating a cooking solution that would avoid the installation and operating difficulties typical of a traditional refractory oven, but above all ensure the possibility of continuous cooking for many hours, avoiding the heating inconveniences typical of traditional ovens.
FUNCTIONS
1. Combination cooking
The double ventilation system sucks in and pushes the fumes, containing odors and fats, sideways towards the hot surfaces, refractory sides, eliminate them, allowing you to cook different foods at the same time (e.g. fish, vegetables, pasta) without mixing flavors.
2. Ready to use
The stove is already assembled by experienced craftsmen, which avoids wasted time or additional costs associated with assembly.
3. Even heat distribution
Fontana is the only company in its sector to offer a cooking chamber with a traditional, rounded vault shape: this solution, although more expensive than the flat chambers of competitors, allows for optimal and more even heat distribution. In addition, the device is equipped with a convection system.
4. Easy cleaning
The side and rear panels of the cooking chamber can be easily removed for perfect cleaning even in the dishwasher. In addition, the specific design of the Fontana oven, allowing it to reach very high temperatures, allows the fat to burn, thus facilitating the cleaning of stubborn dirt.
5. Mobile
Thanks to the solid wheels, the stove can be placed anywhere and stored in the garage in winter.
6. Fast heating
It only takes 30 minutes to reach 300°C and start cooking.
