It has a steaming function that allows you to prepare delicate and healthy fish and vegetable dishes. The steaming function ensures that the prepared fish / vegetables do not lose their vitamins and minerals. The steam generation system by spraying water on the heating elements makes the prepared dishes more expressive, does not dry out and their preparation takes much less time. In addition, the stove has an electronic 10-level steam control every 10%. It is also possible to regulate the defogging from the chamber.
Convection is responsible for maintaining the appropriate temperature in the entire furnace chamber. Convection (also known as hot air) guarantees the forced circulation of hot air to ensure an even temperature throughout the cooking chamber. The air is drawn in by the fan from the chamber, and then it is passed through the heaters. The heated air flows back onto the food from both sides.
For the comfort and safety of use, the combi steamers are equipped with thermostat and steam function indicator lamps. Additionally, the furnace has a mechanical timer: 0-120 minutes.
The fan responsible for distributing warm air in the chamber is driven by an efficient 250W motor. Additionally, the motor is equipped with an autoreversion and two speeds 1200/2800 rpm.
